You might have seen a lot of cute baby videos but this one is anything but cute. Let us just say this one is about someone special, gifted and smart !
In a world where tonnes of people are ‘neck deep’ ambitious about acting in a movie or theater and becoming an overnight star but only ‘waist deep’ when it comes to talent, here is a baby who seems to have hit the jackpot, taking a toddlers’ histrionic abilities to the ultimate level. You have seen babies cry, smile and laugh.
The difference is this one does not just do it but does it well and when told to do so ! Apparently, the woman shooting the video is asking the baby “Now cry!” and “Now smile!” and look at how he/she accomplishes the same. Unbelievable…you go baby!
As contentsutra reports on a case filed at bombay high court in public interest by a lawyer .Bombay HighCourt has served a notice to google to explaing presence of such Hate communities in its networking website.
For those who dont know this is the issue
“The issue is with the profile pic of a community on Orkut called “We hate India” that features an Indian flag being burnt”
Well this is what google`s disclaimer states
” We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove Materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service.”
I think we and google both have enough things to worry about than some 100 people who seem to hate india .They are neither the majority nor do
I remember how much I hated the classroom experience during my Junior college and engineering college stint. Somehow, this made me feel that online education could beat the heck out of established universities some day. Amardeep Singh seems to have changed some of that with less than a few lines on his blog today :).
He argues that the classroom experience offers scope for a live debate and challenge that does not take place in an offline experience.
Looking back, I think this is infact something that I miss the most. But, would it not be hard to involve yourself in some geeky solution to some electromagnetic problem when there is so much back bench fun to indulge in ?! Despite all that, I still do recall some of my more animous teachers who built a more human face to technology and encouraged us to go talk to them about it. The rest of them essentially walked us through text books using a chalk and black board.
Nonetheless, what I worked on during my lab sessions stayed with me more than the long lectures that I sat through. This is despite the common impression among my friends that I am “the lion of theory & concept” and “the cat of implementation”. That speaks for something, I guess.
One thing which I really enjoy in Hyderabad is sipping coffee, Masala Chai and eating apple pie in Café coffee day with my friends and sometimes even alone. It’s not that the café coffee day of Hyderabad is unique or the best among all the coffee chains in other cities, but more because I don’t have much hangout options in Hyderabad, other than the EAT Street in Necklace Road.
I generally like going to the café coffee day in S.P Road, near the Pizza Hut. Though, there is a café coffee day in lifestyle mall also, but my friend told me, that it’s small and very crowded. Well, the one in S.P Road is quite ok in terms of space, but in evening it becomes very crowded. I enjoy going more in the afternoon when I can get a Sofa to sit and have coffee with relaxation as there are not many people around that time. I feel, they should put more Sofas in their outlet and increase their space too.
Hmmm…. My idea of discussing coffee with you all is to share some of the observations that I made during my visits which I found it quite interesting.
Most of you know that I was playing a small part in the Annual ‘Andhra Cultural Festival’ held by Silicon Andhra around the occasion of Vijaya Dasami.
It started out with a simple phone call from Anand Kuchibotla, founder/father of Silicon Andhra who happened to become quick & good friends with my dad as a part of their new & upcoming work in the health care field, nvaidya.
Now, I did not walk in expecting much but walked out with good memories and great friends ! I was part of a team that showcased the “Indian Bridal Saree”. We had a very young & energetic team filled with fun-spirited people like Mythili, Manasa, Kavya, Anusha K, Anusha M, Ramya,
Sharing this message (Received by me through Mail) with others,
I hope is an important and not to be ignored one.

And you thought the brown recluse was bad!!!
Three women in North Florida , turned up at hospitals over a 5-day period,
all with the same symptoms :
Fever, chills and vomiting, followed by muscular collapse, paralysis
and finally, death.
There were no outward signs of trauma.
Autopsy results showed toxicity in the blood.
These women did not know each other and seemed to have nothing in common.
It was discovered, however, that they had all visited the same Restaurant (Olive Garden)
within days of their deaths.
The health department descended on the restaurant, shutting it down.
The food, water, and air conditioning were all inspected and tested, to no avail.
The big break came when a waitress at the restaurant was rushed to the
hospital with similar symptoms.
