Loading ...well, atleast he was one of them. Gopal Godse is the brother of Nathuram Godse ,the man who actually shot gandhi.
In a rare interview to the media, he speaks about the assasination and according to him:
” Someone asked ”
me whether Gandhi said, "Hey Ram." I said Kingsley did say it.

it was a spine chilling interview. There was something very rivetting about it, even though the incident happened a long time ago!
I must say, it is something hard for me to digest.

I donot like to hear hate speeches about Gandhi but I guess it was hard not to just shut up and read what this guy said.
After all, he hated him so much that he killed him and everyone would want to know “WHY?!”

I found this interview to be rivetting for sure, but not disturbing. I have read the deposition of Nathuram Godse in court, and I must say, at the risk of sounding controversial at best and blasphemous at worst, If one looks at the rationalizations of the Godses objectively and does not factor in any emotion, from his/her end, it (assassination) actually lends itself to be the only course of action left for them. I am not condoning the assassination but I am just saying that this act was only as extremist as that of Gandhi’s quit-india movement. The narration relates to the Great disaster created to mankind about 59 years ago.
Whether true or not,
whether good or bad,
no Indian will digest the assassination of Great Mahatma.
