Nice concept and the night capture with additional lighting is done well. I think this would be better if the guy was looking more into the shot (instead of out) and was just a little to the right.
Constructive criticism: The horizon is a bit tilted... kinda ruins the composition of the pic, unless you get it perfectly right.... (use Picasa or any other photo editor to rotate the pic just a bit...)
also, you could avoid the flash on the ground by zooming in a bit and getting the person in the pic only hips and upwards...
